Workshop Barcelona, Spain
Circular Eonomy Workshop for Regenerative Communities

Workshop Overview and Objectives

Our Barcelona meeting is a 5-day gathering from April 21-24, 2026, primarily in Barcelona and la Vall del Carme, organised by partners including El Risell. It emphasizes sustainability themes like circular economy, urban innovation, green building portfolios, and co-designing creative initiatives to address local challenges.

Workshops cover co-design for circular economy projects, validation of green building portfolios with participant feedback, and drafting visions for partner-identified urban issues at sites like Bloc4. Site visits explore innovation hubs such as Barcelona Circular BAC (entrepreneurship lab), Bit Habitat (urban innovation center), Ateneu de Fabricació (digital manufacturing), and cultural spots like Casa Bloc and la Vall del Carme.
